Tonight we went downtown to Celebration at the Station. The Kansas City Symphony gave a free concert outside of Union Station and then there were fireworks over the Liberty Memorial. We prepared different foods, had a picnic, and then enjoyed a nice evening of patriotic music and fireworks. The most suprising part of the evening was that Ilkan was not scared at all from the fireworks and actually fell asleep in Kaan's arms while they were going off as the firework show alone was like 15 minutes long.
