On June 10th, Ilkan and Atakan had their end of year program. Both boys performed with their classes in a music number where they played instruments and sung songs. They also each did at least one dance number. Overall we were very proud that they both went on stage, stayed there, and didn't cry. Atakan was especially funny because he refused to wear the white slippers he was supposed to and his bunny ears for the music number. He also refused to wear the costume during his dance number and instead was out on stage in his yellow t-shirt and jean shorts. At least he went out:))
Ilkan did a great job in all of his performances! We especially loved watching him dance:)) At the end of the program there was a graduation ceremony for the kindergartners who will be moving on to first grade and each boy received their report card. We are looking forward to Ilkan's graduation ceremony next year and will find out the date early to Grandma can make it:))
