I think most of you know, but one of Kaan's favorite hobbies is fishing. Since we moved to Florida he is regularly going fishing from the pier on Jacksonville Beach or fishing right from the beach. His other favorite fishing has been with the Mayport Princess, a charter fishing line that takes you deep sea fishing offshore for the day. He's been twice now and plans on going whenever he has a chance. The first picture is of his first catch, 2 snappers, a trigger fish, and a sea bass. The second time he went, which was on Sunday, he caught these two large snappers which weighed approximately 8 pounds each, a small snapper and another sea bass. He already cooked and ate the smaller fish and plans on cooking one of the big ones tomorrow with his friend Ivan who went with him on Sunday and the other large one he'll cook and share with Gregg on Friday night since it's the last Friday of lent.
